We are committed to providing peace-of-mind for attendees that all reasonable efforts are being taken to ensure the health and safety of attendees.

Given the current state of the pandemic, we have determined it is appropriate to adjust our testing requirements for attending the conference. The guidance following supersedes the guidance previously published.

COVID-19 Testing Protocols (March 1st, 2022)

At check-in for the conference, we ask attendees to have completed one of the following testing protocols within seventy two hours prior to arrival for check-in:

    • Antigen (Rapid) Home Test: Attendees may use an FDA-approved at-home test to confirm a negative status. At conference check-in attendees must provide a photo of the negative test result (or, if applicable, provide the negative result through an associated app) and attest that it is their test result.
    • Antigen (Rapid) Test: Attendees may take a rapid antigen test at a local testing center (pharmacy, government facility, etc…). At conference check-in attendees must provide a photo of the negative test result (or, if applicable, provide negative results through an associated app).
    • PCR Test: Attendees may take a PCR test at a local testing center (pharmacy, government facility, etc…). At conference check-in attendees must provide a photo of the negative test result (or, if applicable, provide negative results through an associated app). Please note PCR tests typically take several days to return results.

As a reminder, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated (EPF considers full vaccination to be two initial shots and a booster) and provide proof of this vaccination at registration.

We will follow the CDC recomendations guidelines in terms of wearing a mask.
